RAINBOW CHARD WRAPS RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 cup rainbow chards
4 eggs or eggs white
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions:
In a blender, add your rainbow chard,eggs, and seasonings. Blend well, making sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
In a medium pan on medium heat add 1/2 tablespoon of @purechilean evoo spray, this will ensure that nothing sticks. Pour about 1/4 cup or more into of the mixture into the heated pan,#. Take the pan by the cooler part of the handle and gently swirl the pan to make sure the mixture covers the entire surface. You are preparing these like you would crepes. Allow them to cook about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Once done remove from the pan and repeat the process. Allow them to cool before assembling your wraps with chosen ingredients.
