We had a full house this morning in our Mindful Living Moments Group Session—love you, ladies!
Today’s #yutori practice focused on the powerful concept of urgent versus important. So often, we’re caught up in the urgency of daily life, rushing from one task to the next, feeling pulled in every direction. But urgency doesn’t always align with what truly matters.
Through the practice of slowing down, we give ourselves permission to pause and reflect, creating space for what’s important—the things that nourish our soul and align with our deeper purpose. When we step away from the noise of urgency, we can reconnect with ourselves, gain clarity, and prioritize what truly belongs in our lives.
Slowing down isn’t just a pause—it’s a path back to what’s essential.
