Sometimes we spend so much time showing up for everyone and everything around us that we forget to show up for ourselves.
Coming Home to You was created as an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to the parts of ourselves that can easily become lost beneath busy schedules, responsibilities, caregiving, and the noise of everyday life.

Nestled in the beautiful Secret Garden at Vine Park, our Mindful Living retreat brought women together for a morning of movement, mindfulness, rest, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.
Returning to the Breath, Body, and Nature
We began our morning with cool elixirs and lavender towels before settling into meditation and intention.
From there, we walked mindfully through the garden.
We noticed the earth beneath our feet, the sounds of nature around us, the rhythm of our breath, and what it felt like to move without rushing.
Through gentle yoga and breathwork, we practiced reconnecting with our bodies—not as something that constantly needs to be changed, fixed, or pushed harder, but as a home worthy of our attention and care.

Gathering Around the Table
For me, the table has always been sacred.
It is where food becomes nourishment, conversations deepen, and we remember that we were never meant to do life alone.
We gathered for a beautiful brunch prepared with intention, enjoying nourishing food, functional mocktails, conversation, and a touch of sweetness.
We ate.
We laughed.
We connected.
We allowed ourselves to be present.

Exploring the Rhythms of Rest
At the heart of our retreat was a conversation about rest.
Not simply sleep or taking a vacation, but the different kinds of rest we need throughout our lives: physical, mental, emotional, sensory, creative, social, and spiritual.
Together, we reflected on questions such as:
Where have I been giving more than I have been receiving?
What part of me has been asking for my attention?
Where do I need permission to slow down?
What would it look like to create a life I do not constantly need to escape from?
These conversations reminded us that rest is not something we have to earn.
Rest allows us to listen.
Rest allows us to notice.
Rest allows us to return.
Coming Home Is a Practice

One of the greatest lessons from our time together was this:
Coming home to yourself is not a destination. It is a practice.
Again and again, we return.
To our breath.
To our bodies.
To nature.
To the table.
To one another.
To what matters.
To ourselves.
I am deeply grateful to every woman who shared this beautiful experience with me. Your presence, stories, laughter, vulnerability, and willingness to slow down made the Secret Garden even more meaningful.
And this is only the beginning.
In September, we will gather again for another intimate Mindful Living retreat experience—an opportunity to explore a new theme, deepen our practices, nourish our bodies, and create space for meaningful connection.
More details will be shared soon.
Until then, may you remember to create space in your life to breathe, to rest, to listen, and to enjoy the life you are living.
Keep coming home to you.
Live Well. Live Beautifully. Live You.
