This recipe is simple, easy and your whole family will enjoy it. My grandkid’s little friend stayed over for dinner and she had two pieces. Who doesn’t love butter and garlic?
• 4 skinless salmon fillets
• 1 stick, unsalted butter
• 2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic, divided
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Preheat oven 400°F. Place salmon fillets on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Melt the butter in a microwaveable bowl, add the garlic and parsley.
Pour mixture over salmon. Bake salmon for about 8-10 minutes. TURN up the oven to broil for 2 minutes to get the fish crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
