It's very simple
I drink water through out the day. Most of weight especially for women is water weight and the way you lose it is by drinking more water and clean broths and juices.
AM
#Meditation, Prayer, Breathwork and Yoga *1 cup of warm #water with a squeeze of lemon
or 1 cup of nettle tea *30 minutes later a piece of fruit, apples are very great choice for detoxing.
A bowl of nutrient dense soup. Today my Green Soup with a vegetable turmeric broth.
Mid morning
Raw veggies, nuts, or berries
Lunch
20 minute walk
Big salad
Late afternoon snack
berries, or a my green juice, or carrot juice
Before dinner
20 minute walk
Dinner:
Big Salad, leftover soup, or grilled chicken with veggies.
