What if we took a buttery puff pastry, cut it into squares, scored the inside of the puffy pastry with a knife, filled it with a few of our favorite charcuterie ingredients; cheeses, cured meats, dried fruits and nuts, baked until golden brown, what would we have? Charcuterie Tarts, of course!
Well get to creating my friends, here’s a few of my favorites to get you going. Always remember to Set the Table with Love!

Charcuterie Tarts:
🌱Tomatoes and goat cheese with thyme.
🌱Black cherries and plum with blackberry goat cheese.
🌱 Peaches and brie with prosciutto, drizzled with honey.
🌱 Cream cheese with chives, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and capers.
🌱 Age mozzarella, prosciutto, olives, almonds and apricot preserves.
